Dune 11a in Zingst

The restaurant is only recommended if you want to eat well and at the same time is willing to accept very unprofessional, unfriendly service.

Well, how I would like to report on the food, but unfortunately you were not able to bring something to the table. After about 30 minutes, a very tired waitress came to our table to take the order. The drinks came quickly, cutlery and sauces were brought to the table. Now you could see how guests came and guests went. Sometimes guests came after us and left before we got our food. After about 1.5 hours, I paid for our drinks and my comment that apparently no more food would come was acknowledged by the employee with "that's a shame". Well, if you don't need guests, you can allow yourself that. But questionable given that the restaurant is about half full. There is clearly no dealings with guests here. Why not notice when guests wait more than 1 hour to eat? Why don't you offer a solution if you've failed like this? Sorry something.

The food was delicious. Nice atmosphere. Parents can relax and enjoy their delicious food, while the kids can let off steam in the games room. The service was not "dune 11A" but 1A tip. We will be back. Thanks to the kitchen, which would like to reward with five ⭐⭐⭐⭐?.

We can not recommend this steakhouse since we have not been served. We waited about 15 minutes without the service took notice of us. The restaurant was moderately filled and despite requests from the dining guests in our immediate vicinity the service overlooked us permanently. We then went to the Grissini, where the food and the service were the hammer. Never again steakhouse dune 11a !!!

Service came quickly, was friendly and well-groomed. The food was delicious and the drinks were homemade. There is a lot of organic quality and a manageable map with upscale quality. You can always recommend. For parents with children there is a separate room to eat including a large play area, here you can eat and at the same time let off steam!

Thursdays Spare Ribs full!

Unfortunately, I can not comment on the food, as the service staff passed us several times, without us to take note. I understood that, if the place had been at least half full.

Unfortunately not recommended, by overbearing and very unfriendly staff, it was unfortunately not to order, but only to a farewell! The first guest contact on the part of the staff "already" after 20 minutes instead. A shame!

The steak was optimally fried and very tasty. The service friendly and fast. The second visit was perfect again.

Ate there last night. My husband had the spare ribs and I had a rump steak (medium). Meat was fried to the point and delicious. Also the side dishes, grilled vegetables and potato wedges, absolutely fine. Small note, a damp cloth would be great for the spare ribs for afterwards. Still highly recommended ?

Price / performance ratio is unfortunately not correct, the clear selection of dishes leaves something to be desired. Service urgently needs to be done. I didn't like the taste of the burger. All extras like fries cost extra. Too bad we had hoped for more.

Overall were very satisfied. Service and food very good. With various dishes that were of very good quality throughout. The staff very friendly and thoughtful. The next time in Zingst gladly again.

Unfortunately I can't comment on the food. The waitress couldn't or wouldn't offer us a table, even though the restaurant was almost empty. We couldn't make a reservation because no one answered the phone, despite several attempts. Confronted with this, the lady became impudent and simply denied us the many attempts. A pity...

There were four of us and everyone had ordered a different dish. Everything tasted great, the service was very friendly. Inside a nice and modern restaurant. All in all, a successful visit. Unfortunately, it doesn't look so inviting outside - we first had to look inside to see if it was open at all - which is why I subtract a star.

It took a while before the waitress noticed us. We then ordered a cappuccino. When I sat down at the table, the waitress spilled my drink a little. When I remarked that it didn't matter, the waitress disappeared back into the restaurant and I hoped that she would at least bring a towel or a napkin. Hope last died that day. By the way, the cappuccino didn't taste good either.

Get very good daily offer, for the children it was also great. Great location. The portions were unfortunately a bit too small.
